This Michelin-starred restaurant, open 7 days a week, offers a unique dining experience that blends tradition and innovation, with a signature touch: tableside fish carving, providing guests with a moment of culinary excellence.
✨ What the establishment offers:
- Cuisine type: Gourmet dishes focused on fresh fish and seafood, showcasing exceptional ingredients and culinary expertise.
- Service capacity: Around 50 covers at lunch and 80 in the evening.
- Unique service: Tableside fish carving, adding an immersive and refined touch to the dining experience.
- Team: A dynamic team of 15 staff members.
- Work environment: Close collaboration with the owner and chef in a friendly, inspiring setting.
🔍 Profile sought:
- Experience: Solid experience managing dining rooms in fine dining or Michelin-starred establishments.
- Passion and expertise: A deep passion for tableside service, with a strong focus on showcasing fresh, high-quality products and mastery of tableside fish carving.
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead a team, oversee dining room organization, and ensure impeccable service quality.

💰 Salary and benefits:
- Salary: €3,800 – €4,000 net, depending on experience.
- Bonuses: Performance-based incentives tied to financial results.
