Job Description

RHEA Recruitment, a specialized agency in the luxury hotel and restaurant industry, is looking for a Restaurant Manager for an establishment in Paris.

This relaxed neo-gastronomic restaurant, open only in the evenings from Wednesday to Friday and both lunch and dinner on weekends, closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, stands out for its concept of sharing and discovery, highlighting seasonal products carefully crafted.

In collaboration with a renowned wine cellar, the establishment offers a rich and varied wine list that changes regularly, providing excellent learning opportunities to refine wine knowledge.

The restaurant has 60 seats, with an average of 70 covers per night and 60 covers for weekend lunch.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the restaurant service.
  • Oversee and supervise the dining room team.
  • Ensure the quality of customer service and handle any issues that arise.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Participate in staff training and continuous improvement of the customer experience.
  • Coordinate suppliers and external service providers.

Profile sought:

  • Significant experience in high-end establishments.
  • Knowledge of hygiene standards and team management skills.
  • Ability to manage a dynamic environment and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency with IT tools (e.g., Skello, Excel).
  • Passion for service and wine knowledge.

Conditions:

  • Two consecutive days off (Monday and Tuesday), plus weekday lunches (evening service only).
  • Salary: €2,500 net/month + attractive tips.
  • Health insurance, transport allowance, and discounts in other affiliated establishments.
  • Full-time permanent position, managerial status.
  • Flexibility in working hours (availability on weekends and evenings).
  • Start date: late November to early December.
