As Restaurant Director, you will be responsible for the overall supervision of restaurant, service, and bar operations. You will need to demonstrate leadership and excellent management skills to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Job Overview:

  • Supervising all restaurant, service, and bar operations
  • Recruiting, training, and supervising staff
  • Establishing work schedules and managing shifts
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
  • Managing inventory and placing orders with suppliers
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining the quality of service and food served


  • Overseeing all restaurant activities to ensure efficient operation
  • Recruiting, training, and supervising staff to maintain a high level of professionalism
  • Establishing work schedules based on operational needs
  • Ensuring that food safety standards are adhered to at all times
  • Managing inventory and placing orders with suppliers to maintain adequate inventory
  • Providing an exceptional customer experience by ensuring the quality of service and food served

Required Experience:

  • Previous experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in supervision or management roles
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to handle food safely

Conditions: Date of hire: ASAP Type of contract: Permanent Salary: 4500-4900 EUR gross/month Working hours: 5 days per week Status: Manager
