Job Description
RHEA RECRUTEMENT – A recruitment agency specializing in the hospitality and restaurant industries, is pleased to offer you an exceptional opportunity starting from March 2025:
Position: Establishment Manager (M/F) in Paris
We are looking for an experienced Establishment Manager (minimum 3 years) who can unite the team and achieve revenue targets while preserving the values and identity of the establishment.
In collaboration with the head chef, you will co-manage the ADN restaurant, a neo-fooding concept, with a team of 15 people, including an assistant manager and a bar manager.
The restaurant (80 seats) is open 5 days a week, only in the evenings from Tuesday to Saturday, from 7 PM to 2 AM.
Your Role:
- Operational management: Oversee teams and daily operations
- Unite the team: Foster a motivating and cohesive work atmosphere
- Achieve financial goals: Drive profitability and performance
- Maintain the identity of the establishment: Highlight our core values in the areas of gastronomy, design, fashion, and events
Profile Sought:
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in a similar position
- A particular sensitivity to the fields of gastronomy, design, fashion, and events
- Experience in an establishment recognized by the Michelin Guide would be a strong advantage
- Ability to manage the evolution of the restaurant’s nightlife (in collaboration with Harry Nuriev for the opening of a festive & club mixology bar in 2025)

New Developments:
Starting from 2025, the restaurant will take a more nocturnal turn from Thursday to Saturday, with the opening of a festive & club mixology bar (open from 7 PM to 2 AM).
Conditions:
- Start Date: March 2025
- Fixed Salary: €2,800 net per month
- Variable part: Around €400 net per month (based on revenue performance)
- Tips: Around €400 per month
- Days off: Sunday and Monday
- Working hours: Evenings only
