RHEA, a recruitment agency specialized in Hospitality and Catering, is hiring for the position of

GENERAL MANAGER for a location in West Paris Opening planned for MAY of the brand-new restaurant of the Group! Bistronomic menu co-signed by a Michelin-starred Chef, the establishment will be open 7 days a week.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall supervision of restaurant operations, service, and the bar. You will need to demonstrate leadership and excellent management skills to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Job overview:

  • Supervising all restaurant operations, service, and the bar
  • Recruiting, training, and mentoring staff
  • Establishing work schedules and managing shifts
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
  • Managing inventory and placing orders with suppliers
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining the quality of service and dishes served

Responsibilities:

  • Supervising all restaurant activities to ensure efficient operation
  • Recruiting, training, and mentoring staff to maintain a high level of professionalism
  • Establishing work schedules based on operational needs
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety standards at all times
  • Managing inventory and placing orders with suppliers to maintain adequate inventory
  • Providing an exceptional customer experience by ensuring quality service and dishes served

Required experience:

  • Previous experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a supervisory or management role
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to handle food safely

Conditions: Start date: ASAP Type of contract: Permanent Salary: €4500-€4900 GROSS/month Working hours: 5 days per week Status: Managerial
