Director of Operations (M/F) – (Paris)

New Position!

The Company Founded in 2022 by a team of Asia enthusiasts, this startup invites you to explore Asian cuisine in the heart of Paris. The venue offers more than 1000 references!! The establishment consists of a cafeteria, a café, a bar, THE GROCERY STORE, TAKEOUT services, and soon a restaurant will open its doors… All in a contemporary and welcoming setting!! The establishment is open 7 days a week from 8 AM to 11 PM.

Job Description Reporting to the General Manager of the group, you will be responsible for the operational management of all areas except the kitchens (grocery store, takeout, coffee shop, bar, and 2 dining spaces).

Main Responsibilities:

Development of offerings for each area to achieve financial goals Direct management of the 7 activity managers Ensuring maintenance and safety of the establishment Defining the customer loyalty commercial strategy Ensuring, in collaboration with the executive chef, the F&B offerings Ensuring service standards for each activity Promoting cohesion between different spaces

This is a non-exhaustive list and may vary depending on the needs of the establishment.

Profile Requirements

Significant experience in the restaurant industry (8-10 years) Experience in managing a multi-activity site Demonstrated managerial skills Appetite for Japanese gastronomy is appreciated

Conditions: Working hours: Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday // Managerial status Salary: (60-80k gross annual compensation) Rest days: 2 consecutive days off Start date: ASAP 50% reimbursement of transportation expenses 75% company-covered health insurance Employee discounts on all establishment services Variable bonus based on objectives
