F&B Manager / Head of Food & Beverage – Luxury Estate, Province

The Group:
We are recruiting for an exceptional estate, part of an international luxury group comprising hotels, residences, and private clubs worldwide. Each property offers a unique setting with a refined approach to luxury, exceptional gastronomic experiences, spas, and gracious yet discreet service.

Exceptional suites and private houses
Michelin-starred restaurant
Spaces for private events and high-end weddings
Preserved natural surroundings

Your Role:
As F&B Manager / Head of Food & Beverage, your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing all Food & Beverage operations and ensuring an outstanding culinary and service experience
Developing and training the F&B teams to foster a motivating and high-performing environment
Ensuring consistency in quality standards and operational excellence across all services
Managing budgets and optimizing profitability while maintaining guest satisfaction
Participating in the development of the gastronomic strategy and implementing new culinary experiences
Collaborating closely with management and owners to maintain the estate’s positioning

Profile:

Proven experience in luxury hospitality / F&B, ideally 5+ years in a similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Fluent in French and English
Service-oriented, creative, and results-driven

Conditions:

Executive status
Salary: €45,000 gross per year (13 months)
Housing possible
Start date: ASAP – property closes annually in January/February
