In the heart of Paris, the 5-star hotel comprises 54 rooms and suites, a Spa & Fitness center, a Bar, and its Michelin-starred Restaurant, embodying Parisian chic and understated luxury.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Assisting the Restaurant Manager in all tasks related to the hotel’s restaurant sector: breakfasts, restaurant, bar, room service, seminar service, and private events in the hotel’s lounges.
Managing, coordinating, and supervising the work of the restaurant service teams under the direction of the restaurant manager and participating in their training. (5 to 10 people per shift)
Intervening, supporting, or replacing to ensure the smooth running of the service.
Ensuring the availability of products as the service progresses and regulating, if necessary, orders to take into account the production rhythms in the kitchen.
Preparing and verifying customer invoices and handling payments.
Maintaining the image and good reputation of the establishment.
Controlling compliance with hygiene and safety rules.
Managing wine stocks in collaboration with the Restaurant Manager.
Guaranteeing customer satisfaction at all times.
Assisting the Restaurant Manager in placing orders with suppliers.
Assisting the Restaurant Manager in preparing the monthly inventory of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
You master hygiene rules and are concerned about the quality of service provided to customers.
PROFILE
With a background in Hospitality/Restaurant, you have successful experience in this position in high-end dining.
Fluency in English
Rigor, speed, and customer service orientation
Developed commercial skills
Excellent presentation meeting the criteria of luxury hospitality
BENEFITS
Salary: €2893.06 gross/month + Food benefits €180.40 gross/month
Full-time permanent contract – 39 hours – Continuous shift only
50% reimbursement of public transportation subscriptions
2 consecutive days off on Sunday & Monday
