Evening Maître d’Hôtel / Manager (M/F) in Paris
Join a prestigious 5-star hotel, featuring 50 rooms and suites, a spa, a bar, and a neo-bistronomic restaurant, embodying Parisian chic.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Food and Beverage
- Supervise a team of 3 section leaders and 2 commis for the evening shift
- Contribute to client development and retention
- Oversee setup, cleaning, and organization of materials and office
- Ensure hygiene and safety standards (HACCP) are met
- Master the menu and product knowledge
- Manage the operational restaurant team
- Possess knowledge of wines and sommellerie
Profile:
- Innate sense of service, detail, and hospitality
- Attentive to clients and their needs
- Proficiency in English
- Team management skills
- Knowledge of PI software is a plus
- WSET Level 2 or Level 3 highly appreciated
Conditions:
- Salary: €2800 gross per month
- Full-time permanent contract (CDI) – 39 hours per week
- Continuous hours only: 4 PM – 12:18 AM
- 50% reimbursement of public transport subscriptions
- Consecutive days off
