Job Description
RHEA Recruitment, a high-end hospitality and restaurant recruitment agency, is seeking a MANAGER (M/F) in Paris.
DNA / Concept: A social and solidarity project designed to meet specific social and environmental needs within a community. Its main objective is to promote the well-being and autonomy of individuals while strengthening the social fabric and fostering sustainable development.
40-60 covers per day at the bistronomic restaurant, open 5/7 days a week.
Guinguette is open 7/7 all day and evening.
Team: 2 managers + CDR/commis/servers.
Reporting to the Operations Director, your main tasks are:
- Participating in staff training.
- Managing restaurant service; taking orders and providing recommendations.
- Welcoming and seating guests.
- Preparing bills and handling payments.
- Creating a dynamic and pleasant atmosphere to maintain good team cohesion.
- Managing supply, stocks, and inventories.
- Achieving financial objectives: revenue, food costs, and payroll.
- Ensuring customer loyalty through constant improvement of the experience.
- Maintaining the restaurant’s cleanliness and organization.
Profile:
- You are comfortable managing the service/kitchen area.
- You wish to work within an impactful company with a social commitment.
- You have the ability to adapt to all operational profiles.
- You practice participative and optimistic management.
- You are also comfortable with communication, easily engaging in dialogue with teams and management to report and actively participate in weekly meetings with the management.

Conditions:
- Hours: Mostly daytime shifts from 9 AM to 4:30 PM, without breaks (but with the possibility of rotating schedules and sometimes working evenings).
- Contract: 39 hours per week.
- Salary: €3000 to €3200 gross per month.
- Days off: Two consecutive days off.
