Job Description
RHEA Recruitment, a high-end hospitality and restaurant recruitment agency, is looking for a Restaurant Manager (M/F) in Paris.
The establishment is ideally located in Paris and will be open 7 days a week from 11am to 11pm, except on Sundays and Mondays, when it closes at 8pm.
The brand-new Roof Top will feature an identity centered around a renowned champagne brand.
Seating capacity: 70
Team: 10 staff in the dining room, including 3 bartenders
Responsibilities:
The Restaurant Manager will oversee the operations of the roof top. From customer reception to accounting management, he/she is involved in welcoming, serving, and cashing out customers’ orders. Throughout the service, he/she is also responsible for addressing any issues that may arise. He/she is also responsible for training the staff (10 staff members), implementing new offers, creating schedules, providing instructions, and assigning tasks to the staff.
Profile:
You are organized and detail-oriented. You have a successful similar experience. You are dynamic and have experience in the restaurant industry. Good interpersonal skills with customers.
Conditions: Salary: €3500-4000 gross/month Start date: from June 1st to September 30th Schedule: continuous shifts only Rest days: 2 days off on Sunday and Monday or Monday and Tuesday
