Your Mission:
- Inspiring Leadership: Lead and motivate a dedicated team, ensuring ongoing training to deliver impeccable service.
- Excellence in Service: Warmly welcome our clients, ensure their satisfaction, and make every visit an unforgettable experience.
- Efficient Management: Oversee daily operations, including inventory and supply management, while maintaining quality standards.
- Positive Work Environment: Foster a harmonious work atmosphere where collaboration and teamwork are key priorities.
- Financial Goals: Actively contribute to the economic performance of the establishment by optimizing resources and achieving revenue targets.
- Client Retention: Develop and strengthen relationships with our clients to ensure their return and engagement with our mission.
Your Profile:
You have significant experience in service and kitchen management and are driven by the idea of working in a socially committed organization. Your rigor, excellent interpersonal skills, and passion for daily challenges make you the ideal candidate for this role.
Conditions Offered:
- Hours: Continuous shifts, with a mix of midday and/or evening, depending on activity.
- Contract: 39 hours per week.
- Salary: €2,546 net per month.
- Days Off: Two consecutive days off each week.
- Start Date: ASAP
