RHEA Recrutement, a recruitment agency specializing in luxury hospitality and fine dining, is looking for a:

Restaurant Manager (M/F) – Paris

The establishment is ideally located in Paris and will operate 7 days a week, from 11 AM to 11 PM, except on Sundays and Mondays, when it will close earlier (at 8 PM).

The rooftop features 70 seats and is supported by a team of 10 staff members, including 3 bartenders.

Responsibilities

The Restaurant Manager will oversee the operations of the rooftop.

From managing the service in the dining area to overseeing accounting tasks, the manager is responsible for welcoming guests, providing high-quality service, and handling payments.

During the service, they will address any issues that may arise and ensure smooth operations.

The manager is also in charge of training the team (10 staff members), implementing new offerings, managing schedules, and assigning tasks and instructions to the staff.

Profile

• You are organized and detail-oriented.

• You have proven experience in a similar role.

• You are dynamic and have a strong background in the restaurant industry.

• You possess excellent customer relationship skills and are bilingual.

Conditions

Salary: €4,000 gross/month

Start Date: The position starts Monday, April 7, and ends Friday, October 3.

Schedule: Straight shifts only.

Days Off: 2 consecutive days off, Sunday and Monday.
