Restaurant Managers – Paris West and South
About the Group: A group of restaurants with a bistronomic menu co-signed by Michelin-starred chefs. The establishments are open 7 days a week. Trendy and casual atmosphere.
Job Overview: As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the restaurant, service, and bar, working in tandem with your Restaurant Director. You will need to demonstrate leadership and excellent management skills to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all restaurant operations, including service and bar.
- As a unifying and pedagogical leader, you will develop and enhance your team’s skills to achieve a high level of quality in customer experience.
- Foster the Bonnie spirit to make our restaurant an iconic destination in Paris.
- As an excellent manager, you will optimize stock management and ensure compliance with administrative procedures and hygiene standards.
Qualifications:
Your Personality:
- Team spirit and communication are essential in your work environment.
- Train and mentor staff.
- Establish work schedules and manage planning.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Manage inventory and place orders with suppliers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining the quality of service and dishes served.
Conditions:
- Start Date: As soon as possible
- Contract Type: Permanent (CDI)
- Salary: €3,365 gross/month
- Working Hours: 5 days a week
- Status: Executive
