Job Description
RHEA Recrutement, a specialized recruitment agency in hospitality and catering, is looking for a Pastry Chef (M/F) for one of its clients.
Located in a lush and peaceful neighborhood, this gastronomic restaurant, open from Wednesday to Sunday lunchtime, has been a major culinary institution in this region for several years.
Under the leadership of a talented thirty-something chef, who has trained with Gagnaire among others, and holds a 15/20 rating in the Gault and Millau guide, with certifications from Ecotable and Teritoria (Remarkable Table), the restaurant boasts a TM of 190 euros and serves between 20 and 50 covers on average per service, with incredible working tools.

Profile:
Friendly and creative by nature, you wish to contribute to the development and reputation of the establishment by offering high-level services. Dynamism and a desire to progress are essential qualities.
You have successful experience in a gastronomic restaurant. Michelin experience is recommended. You will be fully autonomous, but you will have apprentices and interns. You will be in charge of two desserts in a unique menu, as well as homemade mignardises and chocolates. Your ability to propose new ideas will be valued.

This opportunity is for a confirmed chef de partie who wants to unleash their creativity and shine alongside a Michelin-level chef. There is also the possibility to participate in events (e.g., four-handed dinners, inviting a pastry chef friend). Your talent will be showcased in this prestigious setting.

Conditions:
Start date: early September
Salary: 2500 € net/month to start
Accommodation (room) available for the first 15 days
Days off: Sunday evening, Monday, and Tuesday (the restaurant is generally closed for 2 weeks in August, from the 15th to the 30th)
