As such, your mission will be to:
In this key position for the establishment, you will be responsible for establishing a privileged contact with the clientele, serving as a guarantor of our brand image. (You will set up the buffet and make the necessary preparations for breakfasts (decoration, fruit salad preparation, scrambled eggs, and boiled eggs…). You will be responsible for setting up breakfast to ensure the quality of each service. You will welcome and seat clients in the dining room, serve them hot drinks and extras like fried eggs, advise them, and listen to any feedback on their overall stay. You will manage the replenishment of the buffet, clearing the tables, as well as monitoring and ordering F&B stock.
