Job Description
RHEA Recruitment, a recruitment agency specializing in high-end hospitality and catering, is looking for a:
Junior Sous Chef (M/F)

1-Michelin-star Gastronomic Restaurant in Paris
Modern and creative cuisine, inventive dishes, exclusively using fresh products.
The kitchen is open to the dining room, with a private tasting room in the basement.
Profile & Environment:
Passionate about your profession, you are responsible for the quality of the products.

The lunch and dinner menu changes regularly.

Lunch & dinner service from Tuesday evening to Saturday evening.
You will also manage stock monitoring in partnership with the Head Chef and the experienced Sous Chef. The team also includes an experienced Sous Chef, a junior Sous Chef, a Pastry Chef, and an intern.
You are recognized for your creativity, rigor, dynamism, and your human ability to bring a team together.

Conditions:

Schedule: 4 split shifts / 2.5 days off (weekends: Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday morning)
🕒 Hours:

Tuesday: from 1:00 PM

Wednesday to Saturday: 8:30 AM–3:00 PM / 5:30 PM–11:30 PM (split shifts)
Salary: based on profile: €3,000 net + tips
The position is available immediately.
Closed: December 21–25 (reopening December 26), 3 weeks in August, public holidays, etc.
Permanent contract (CDI) or extra work.
