Job Description

RHEA Recruitment, a recruitment agency specializing in Hospitality and Catering, is looking for a SOUS CHEF DE CUISINE (M/F) in Paris.

ADN/CONCEPT: First bistronomic restaurant hidden behind a fashion and design concept store. The menu is inspired by the south of France (Basque Country and Provence “Marseille”), aiming to be minimalist, generous, and anchored in seasonality and local produce.

Restaurants/concepts with a similar positioning include: Caché Paris, Déviant, Tékés, Frenchie (rue du Nil), etc.

During the day, fashion designers, artists, and creators will succeed each other with pop-ups, exhibitions, and private events.

In the evening, they will imprint their brand image on the restaurant and bar: ceramics on the table, staff uniforms, customization of menus. The location (325m²) is in a former pleasure house…

The restaurant opened its doors at the beginning of the year (70-80 covers) and is open 5/7 on these slots: • Evening: Tuesday to Saturday • Lunch: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

Brigade of 8 people: 1 Head Chef, 2 Sous Chefs, 1 Chef de Partie, 2 commis, 2 dishwashers

Ambition to duplicate the concept in other world fashion capitals and in unique locations.

Conditions: • 2.5 consecutive days off, maximum two breaks per week • Fixed salary: 2300 net / month • Referral bonus Health & Transport: • 100% health and welfare coverage with Alan • Transport assistance up to €800/year (public transport and/or eco-friendly transport) • Gym subscription (Gym’Lib): access to all gyms in Paris
