Your mission:

Ensure the quality and consistency of dishes while respecting the identity of the establishment
Manage a team of 3 cooks and 2 dishwashers
Handle orders and control costs
Contribute to menu development and suggest seasonal specials
Strictly apply HACCP hygiene and safety standards

Profile sought:

Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a traditional establishment
Strong ability to manage high volumes and a fast-paced brasserie environment
Natural leadership, with the ability to unite and organize a team
Creative, meticulous, and passionate about French cuisine

Salary: €3,000-3,200 net/month + tips
Days off: Saturday & Sunday (2 consecutive days)
