RHEA Recruitment, a recruitment agency specializing in Hospitality and Food & Beverage, is looking for:

EXECUTIVE CHEF CONSULTANT MISSION (3/5) – PARIS

We are looking for a Chef Consultant to support a restaurant group based in Paris, operating 6 different bran

ds, ranging from small neighborhood restaurants to large Parisian brasseries.

17 restaurants and retail outlets / 180 employees

Contract / Mission

Annual consulting assignment, working 3 days per week (3/5).

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support kitchen teams across all establishments within the group.

  • Design and harmonize menus according to each concept (bistronomy, brasserie, traditional dining).

  • Train and mentor site head chefs to ensure quality and consistency of standards.

  • Optimize recipes, technical sheets, and food costs.

  • Actively contribute to brand development and the creation of new recipes.

  • Ensure compliance with HACCP, PMS, and food safety standards.

Profile Required

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or multi-site Consultant.

  • Strong knowledge of various dining formats, from small restaurants to large brasseries.

  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.

  • Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities across multiple sites.

  • Autonomous, creative, and proactive.

Compensation

To be discussed based on profile and experience.

Freelance / self-employed status preferred.

Start date: Early March
