Job Description

EXECUTIVE CHEF CONSULTANT MISSION (3/5) – PARIS
We are looking for a Chef Consultant to support a restaurant group based in Paris, operating 6 different bran
ds, ranging from small neighborhood restaurants to large Parisian brasseries.
17 restaurants and retail outlets / 180 employees
Contract / Mission
Annual consulting assignment, working 3 days per week (3/5).
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support kitchen teams across all establishments within the group.

Design and harmonize menus according to each concept (bistronomy, brasserie, traditional dining).

Train and mentor site head chefs to ensure quality and consistency of standards.

Optimize recipes, technical sheets, and food costs.

Actively contribute to brand development and the creation of new recipes.

Ensure compliance with HACCP, PMS, and food safety standards.
Profile Required
-
Proven experience as an Executive Chef or multi-site Consultant.

Strong knowledge of various dining formats, from small restaurants to large brasseries.

Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.

Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities across multiple sites.

Autonomous, creative, and proactive.
Compensation
To be discussed based on profile and experience.
Freelance / self-employed status preferred.
Start date: Early March
