Job Description
RHEA Recrutement, a high-end hospitality and restaurant recruitment agency, is seeking a
Restaurant Manager (M/F) – Paris
The establishment is ideally located in west of Paris and is open 7 days a week.
Team: 9 staff members in the dining room per service
Capacity: 60 covers at lunch and 120 covers at dinner
Main Responsibilities:

Daily team management
-
Organization of schedules and procedures
-
Supervision of service setup and cash handling (under the supervision of the Director)

Ensuring customer satisfaction and handling complaints
-
Coordination between the kitchen and management
-
Monitoring internal procedures (hygiene, standards, etc.)
Profile:
-
Well-organized and detail-oriented
-
Proven experience in a similar role
-
Dynamic with solid restaurant experience
-
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Conditions:

Salary: €3,066.67 – €3,733.33 gross per month
-
Executive status (forfait jours)
-
Start date: ASAP
-
Days off: 2 consecutive days + one evening off
