RHEA Recruitment, a recruitment agency specializing in hospitality and catering, is currently looking for a Head Chef (M/F) on behalf of one of its clients.

Ideally located in Paris, this ultra-chic 5-star hotel, opened in 2021, features around fifty rooms and suites as well as a restaurant with approximately 40 seats.
Reporting directly to the Hotel Director, you will be responsible for the food operations across the different outlets of the establishment (restaurant, bar, and room service; the banqueting part is handled by an external caterer).
Your kitchen team consists of 7 team members (kitchen and pastry), with an additional position currently open.
The restaurant can accommodate up to 40 guests per service:

Lunch: Monday to Friday, from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm

Dinner: Monday to Sunday, from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm
Profile & Expectations
As Head Chef, you will organize and coordinate the work of your team.
Your responsibilities will include:

Creating staff schedules

Ordering supplies and managing stock

Ensuring the smooth running of service

Designing menus and seasonal dishes
On a daily basis, your personality, professionalism, and culinary expertise will contribute directly to guest satisfaction.

Conditions
