Job Description

RHEA Recruitment, a recruitment agency specializing in hospitality and catering, is looking for a candidate for one of its clients:

HEAD CHEF (M/F) – West Paris Area

Bistronomic++ restaurant in Paris with a focus on traditional French cuisine. The restaurant offers a menu of gourmet French dishes using high-quality ingredients.

The establishment is fully equipped and open 7 days a week.

Environment:

  • 90 seated places

  • 70–80 covers per service

  • Average ticket: €50 at lunch

  • Average ticket: €80–100 in the evening

Responsibilities:

  • Menu creation

  • Inventory management

  • Staff scheduling

  • Cost control and purchasing management

  • Leading a team of 10 people

Conditions:

  • Start date: ASAP

  • Contract type: Permanent (CDI)

  • Work schedule: Mixed (2 split shifts and 3 continuous shifts)

  • Salary: €2,800–3,000 net/month
