is seeking
Executive Pastry Chef (M/F) – Paris

We are supporting an independent Paris-based group in the search for a passionate and creative Executive Pastry Chef to oversee two existing establishments: a Michelin-starred restaurant and a bakery-pastry shop, as well as the upcoming opening of a new festive restaurant scheduled for September.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all pastry operations across the establishments.
- Create and develop desserts for the fine dining restaurant, working closely with the Executive Chef to ensure quality and consistency.
- Participate in the opening of the new restaurant and set up the pastry department.
- Lead and develop the pastry team (10 team members in total: 3–4 in the boutique and 6–7 in the restaurant).
- Oversee stock management, purchasing, and cost control.
- Ensure full compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
Profile:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a luxury or high-end gastronomic establishment.
- Creative, passionate, and detail-oriented in dessert design and presentation.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Conditions:
- Start date: ASAP
- Salary: €3,500 to €4,000 net per month depending on profile, plus percentage on turnover and €1,000 bonus on invoicing.
