RHEA Recruitment is looking for a Director of Food & Beverage Operations (Multi-Outlet) (M/F) for one of its clients in Paris.

A prestigious, high-end hospitality establishment is seeking a talented professional to oversee all restaurant, bar, and event operations.

Reporting directly to senior management, you will take full responsibility for the food and beverage operations of a high-volume venue serving both French and international clientele.

As a hands-on leader, you will manage a team of more than 30 employees and middle managers, ensuring the operational, human, and financial performance of all dining outlets.

The establishment serves several hundred covers per day and operates across extended service hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all restaurant, bar, and event venue operations.
  • Recruit, manage, train, and support teams.
  • Ensure an exceptional guest experience and outstanding service quality.
  • Manage budgets, operating costs, and key performance indicators.
  • Drive revenue growth and optimize profitability across all outlets.
  • Oversee purchasing, inventory management, stock control, and supplier relations.
  • Implement and maintain hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards.
  • Ensure effective coordination between the various departments of the establishment.
  • Contribute to the creation and development of new concepts, events, and entertainment programs.
  • Develop action plans to improve team productivity and reduce staff turnover.
  • Support employee development through ongoing training initiatives.
  • Analyze financial results and recommend continuous improvement solutions.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as a Director of Food & Beverage or F&B Manager within a luxury or high-end hospitality environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large teams (minimum 20 employees).
  • Strong expertise in cost control, budgeting, and performance management.
  • Experience in high-volume operations (minimum 150 covers per service).
  • Natural leadership skills with the ability to motivate, unite, and develop teams.
  • Excellent organizational and operational management capabilities.
  • Fluent professional English is essential.
  • Strong on-site presence, responsiveness, and the ability to perform under pressure during peak periods.
  • Availability and flexibility regarding working hours and days off are required.

Employment Conditions

  • Permanent contract (CDI equivalent)
  • Executive status (218-day annual package)
  • Salary: €60,000 to €70,000 gross per year, depending on experience
  • Start date: January 1, 2027
