Job Description
RHEA Recruitment, a recruitment agency specialized in the hospitality and restaurant industry, is seeking a Head Chef (M/F) in Paris.
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to lead a kitchen brigade within a high-end bistronomic restaurant. The objective is to deliver refined and authentic cuisine, showcasing exceptional products while meeting the establishment’s profitability and excellence goals.
📌 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Lead and manage the kitchen and pastry teams (12 team members)
🔹 Design menus and seasonal offerings in collaboration with management
🔹 Oversee purchasing and ordering, while monitoring food costs
🔹 Ensure cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and HACCP compliance
🔹 Maintain smooth communication and collaboration between the kitchen and other departments (front of house, sales, accounting, HR)
🔹 Deliver a unique and high-quality dining experience for every guest
🎯 Candidate Profile
✅ Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a bistronomic restaurant
✅ Strong knowledge of quality products and regional cuisine
✅ Natural leadership skills with the ability to motivate and unite a team
✅ Strong sense of respect, communication, and commitment
✅ Solid understanding of HACCP standards and cost management
✅ An appreciation for South-West French cuisine would be a significant advantage
Communication & Brand Representation:
Comfortable with social media, public speaking, interviews, and video shoots. Able to represent the restaurant and contribute positively to its image.
