Job Description
RHEA Recruitment, a leading Hospitality and Restaurant Recruitment Agency, is actively seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Cuisine for an upcoming venture in Paris. The anticipated opening is set for mid-March 2024, featuring a high-quality and boldly uncomplicated Italian restaurant.
The kitchen team will consist of 7 individuals, including the Chef de Cuisine, Sous Chef, 3 Chef de Partie, and 2 Commis. The Chef de Cuisine will work under the guidance of the Executive Chef, collaborating seamlessly with the chefs from other establishments within the group. The role entails ensuring smooth service operations, fostering a supportive and motivating team environment, and delivering an unforgettable experience to all guests.

Profile:
As a dedicated professional, you will be responsible for upholding the quality of the products. Monitoring stock levels, showcasing creativity within the restaurant’s DNA, and actively participating in this exciting culinary adventure are essential aspects of the role.
Conditions:
Monthly Salary: €2700 net
Working Hours: Evening shifts only (continuous)
Contract: 42 hours per week
Days Off: 2 consecutive days of your choice
50% reimbursement of your transportation pass
50% coverage of health insurance registration fees
30% discount on bills across all group establishments
Start Date: February
