This prestigious establishment offers refined cuisine showcasing exceptional products carefully sourced from dedicated producers. Its elegant, intimate setting makes it a must-visit for lovers of haute gastronomy seeking a unique culinary experience.
We are looking for a passionate and creative Pastry Chef to join this beautiful Michelin-starred house. You will be responsible for the entire pastry section, from creation to execution, ensuring excellence in every dessert.

Your missions:
🔹 Design and execute a range of refined, innovative desserts
🔹 Work with complete autonomy
🔹 Manage stock and ensure proper storage of products
🔹 Strictly adhere to hygiene and food safety standards
🔹 Collaborate with the kitchen and dining room teams to ensure impeccable presentation
🔹 Participate in menu planning and propose new creations
🔹 Carefully monitor production costs
Profile sought:
✅ Training in pastry/bakery
✅ Proven experience in fine dining, ideally Michelin-starred
✅ Perfect mastery of pastry techniques and strong attention to detail
✅ Creativity, passion, and high standards
✅ Knowledge of HACCP standards
✅ Team spirit and excellent organizational skills
Conditions & Benefits:
📍 Full-time permanent contract (CDI) – Start date ASAP, September 1st or Extra shifts in July
💰 Salary: €2,800 net/month + tips
