RHEA Recrutement, the specialist in luxury hospitality and fine dining recruitment, is pleased to present an exceptional career opportunity. We are looking for an Executive Chef for the Resort, a prestigious property offering a unique gastronomic experience in an enchanting setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Director of Culinary in managing all the Resort’s dining outlets.

Supervise the central kitchen and a team of 47 staff members, including stewards and section chefs.

Oversee 5 restaurants ranging from French haute cuisine to a brasserie, Mediterranean, Japanese-Asian fusion, and 3 bar-restaurants.

Ensure culinary quality, compliance with hygiene standards (HACCP), and guest satisfaction.

Replace the Director of Culinary in their absence.

Participate in menu creation and control costs and inventory.

Maintain team spirit, motivate staff, and ensure their training and development.
Candidate Profile:
-
Minimum 10 years of experience in the culinary industry, including 3 years in a similar position at a luxury property.

Mastery of culinary techniques, HACCP, and professional kitchen operations.

Strong leadership, organizational skills, and ability to unite teams.

Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.

Dynamic, rigorous, attentive, and capable of working in a demanding international environment.
Terms & Benefits:

Gross salary: US$ 4,000/month (fixed) + performance bonus
