EXECUTIVE CHEF (M/F) – Position based in the United States
We are supporting a premium restaurant seeking its Executive Chef to lead culinary operations, embody excellence, and deliver an outstanding guest experience.
As a true leader of the brigade, you will be involved in designing menus and executing creative, refined cuisine while managing quality, profitability, and operational requirements.
Opening hours:

Dinner: daily from 5 pm to 9 pm
-
Lunch: Wednesday to Friday from 12 pm to 2 pm, Saturday and Sunday from 11 am to 2 pm
Stimulating environment within a well-known and ambitious group.
Open kitchen.Key responsibilities:

Develop and update the menu and daily specials, ensuring both quality and profitability

Supervise and train the kitchen team with a focus on high standards and knowledge transfer

Manage ordering, stock, and supplier relationships to secure the best products at the best price

Control the quality of preparations, compliance with hygiene standards, and plating/presentation standards

Ensure optimal production organization to deliver a flawless guest experience

Work closely with management to meet budget objectives (food cost, labor cost, productivity)
Profile sought:
-
Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as Chef or Sous-Chef in high-quality, high-volume establishments

Hospitality school education or equivalent training appreciated
-
Strong leadership and training skills
-
Solid understanding of financial management (food cost, inventory control, budgeting)
-
Ability to thrive in a demanding, dynamic, and constantly evolving environment
-
Excellent interpersonal and service skills
-
Fluent English required. Spanish is an asset.
Conditions:

Annual salary: $120 000
-
Permanent contract (or fixed-term if on 01 visa – visa costs borne by the candidate)

Start date: ASAP (currently allow approximately 2 months for visa processing)
