Restaurant Director (M/F) – Paris

The concept
A trendy, high-end brasserie in the heart of Paris, located in an iconic venue, open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner. Summer: 700 covers/day; Winter: 400 covers/day.

Team: one assistant manager, several floor managers, and 19 waiters/chefs de rang.

Your responsibilities
In close collaboration with the founders, you will be fully in charge of the dining room and service management. You will oversee a team of 50 to 60 people and play an active role in recruitment.

A one-month in-house training will be provided to immerse you in the group’s DNA and help you get to know the team and management style.

Profile sought

  • Management experience: Over 5 years of experience managing high-volume restaurants; fluency in English required.

  • Inspiring leader: Able to unite and motivate teams through supportive leadership and a shared vision.

  • Operational and financial acumen: Solid grasp of daily operations, financial management, and the ability to drive performance effectively.

  • Create an unforgettable guest experience: Ensure exemplary hospitality and build loyalty among a quality clientele.

  • Lead and inspire your team: Manage, train, and support your team in a positive and dynamic environment.

  • Drive operational excellence: Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness.

  • Optimize financial management: Monitor performance indicators (ratios, food cost, labor cost) and implement necessary corrective actions.

  • Innovate and improve: Proactively suggest ways to enhance your team’s performance and the overall success of the venue.

Offer details

  • Salary: €5,000 net per month, approx. €75,000 gross annually.

  • Status: Executive.

  • Start date: ASAP or September 1st.
