Job Description
RHEA Recruitment, High-end Hospitality and Restaurant Recruitment Agency, is looking for:
HEAD CHEF (M/F) – Paris

The restaurant is open 6 days a week (closed on Sundays) and offers a bistronomic/classic revisited cuisine, a cuisine of the moment…
Only fresh products are used.
Environment:

65 seats + 12 at the bar + a private dining room

Terrace of 30 seats

Average spend: €35/45 for lunch, €50/60 for dinner

Around 90 covers per day

Kitchen team: 10 permanent staff
The goal is to create a brand and design a short, evolving menu. Full creative freedom will be given to the Chef, with the requirement to feature both iconic traditional dishes and more creative ones.
Development of the bar with a tapas-style format and event menu is also expected.
We are looking for a Chef who enjoys interacting with guests, spending time in the dining room, and creating a strong connection with the clientele.
The kitchen is brand new, all on one level, with a dedicated pantry.

Passionate about your craft, you ensure the highest quality of ingredients.

You are also responsible for stock management and cost control.

Conditions:

Executive status

Schedule: Initially responsible for both services, then open to morning shifts (Tuesday–Saturday) or evening shifts (Tuesday–Saturday).

Salary: €4,729 net/month (€5,930 gross/month)

Days off: Sunday & Monday
