Temporary Assignment – Executive Chef (M/F) – Accommodation provided

Location: Provence, France
Period: October 13 – December 31

About the property:
Located in Provence, this 5-star Palace hotel offers a unique setting with 30 Suites, including 10 with private pools. The property also features:

  • A Michelin 1-star fine dining restaurant, open 4 days per week during winter
    (Closed on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday)

Your mission:
As Executive Chef, you will be responsible for:

  • Full management of the fine dining restaurant: organizing the brigade, planning, ordering, monitoring stocks and cost ratios.

  • Creating and executing menus and à la carte offerings, maintaining the culinary standards of the establishment.

  • Ensuring consistent quality and high standards in both cooking and presentation.

  • Supervising and training the team, fostering cohesion and professional development.

Candidate profile:

  • Significant experience in gastronomic cuisine, ideally in starred or high-end establishments.

  • Natural leadership, strong organizational skills, and rigor.

  • Culinary creativity and the ability to craft innovative dishes while respecting tradition.

  • Versatility, autonomy, and service-mindedness.

Additional information:

  • Accommodation provided for the duration of the assignment.

  • Start date: October 13 – End date: December 31.

  • Salary: according to profile and experience.
