Temporary Assignment – Executive Chef (M/F) – Accommodation provided

Location: Provence, France
Period: October 13 – December 31
About the property:
Located in Provence, this 5-star Palace hotel offers a unique setting with 30 Suites, including 10 with private pools. The property also features:

A Michelin 1-star fine dining restaurant, open 4 days per week during winter
(Closed on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday)
Your mission:
As Executive Chef, you will be responsible for:

Full management of the fine dining restaurant: organizing the brigade, planning, ordering, monitoring stocks and cost ratios.

Creating and executing menus and à la carte offerings, maintaining the culinary standards of the establishment.

Ensuring consistent quality and high standards in both cooking and presentation.

Supervising and training the team, fostering cohesion and professional development.
Candidate profile:
-
Significant experience in gastronomic cuisine, ideally in starred or high-end establishments.

Natural leadership, strong organizational skills, and rigor.
-
Culinary creativity and the ability to craft innovative dishes while respecting tradition.

Versatility, autonomy, and service-mindedness.
