Job Description

RHEA Recruitment, a firm specialized in hospitality and restaurant talent acquisition, is seeking for one of its clients:

Administrative & Accounting Secretary – Hospitality (M/F)

The Role:
Reporting directly to the owner, you will be responsible for the administrative, accounting, and HR management of the business. You will have access to all financial and strategic data and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company. We are looking for a trustworthy, organized, and detail-oriented professional capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounting and administrative tasks in collaboration with external service providers (accountant, bank, social/fiscal lawyer).

  • Oversee cash registers and banking transactions.

  • Handle internal and external invoicing, sales monitoring, and collection.

  • Liaise with public authorities (URSSAF, tax office, CPAM, Pôle Emploi, OPCO, etc.).

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and daily administrative follow-up.

  • Use and manage accounting software.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in the hospitality or restaurant sector is preferred.

  • Highly organized, rigorous, and discreet.

  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities at the same time.

  • Solid knowledge of accounting and administrative processes.

Conditions:

  • Salary: €1,100 – €1,300 gross/month, depending on experience

  • 2 days per week (8 days/month)
