Job Description
RHEA Recruitment is seeking, for its client – an exceptional estate – a General Manager (M/F) to embody and lead a unique property that combines discreet luxury, historical heritage, and operational excellence.

This hidden gem is a benchmark in high-end hospitality. With its exceptional suites and private houses, Michelin-starred restaurant, and spaces dedicated to private events, it embodies the French art of living in a natural and preserved setting.
As General Manager, you will be responsible for preserving and enhancing this unique positioning while developing an ambitious strategy to make it one of the most exclusive destinations in France.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Strategy

Define and implement the long-term vision for the estate, in line with the owners’ expectations and contemporary luxury standards.

Oversee financial and operational performance, ensuring sustainable profitability and an impeccable guest experience.

Supervise investment projects (CapEx) and future developments with a rigorous and forward-thinking approach.
Operational Excellence

Ensure exceptional service across all areas

: accommodations, dining, spa, and events.

Maintain a strong corporate culture based on engagement, discretion, and innovation.

Be visible and present on-site to unite teams and ensure guest satisfaction.
Guest Relations and Business Development

Represent the estate to VIP clients, media, and strategic partners.

Develop long-lasting relationships with an international, demanding clientele.

Promote the estate as a must-visit destination for luxury stays and private events.
Team Management

Recruit, train, and manage a passionate team aligned with the estate’s values.

Foster an inspiring work environment where excellence and employee well-being are core priorities.
Candidate Profile

Proven experience: Minimum 10 years in luxury hospitality, including 5 years as General Manager or Resort Manager in an exceptional property.

Dual expertise: Experience managing independent hotels and prestigious brands, with sensitivity to exclusive and remote environments.

Inspirational leadership: Ability to unite, motivate, and develop talent.

Bilingual French/English (a third language is a plus).
