HOUSEKEEPING / INTENDANT H/F – Paris

We are looking for an Intendant to join a rapidly growing company where excellence and attention to detail are at the heart of daily operations. You will ensure the smooth operational functioning of the headquarters, maintaining cleanliness and welcoming spaces, while managing a small team and coordinating internal events.

Main Responsibilities:

Headquarters Maintenance and Logistics

  • Ensure impeccable cleanliness of common areas and offices, including two auditoriums and a spa opening soon.

  • Monitor the quality of cleaning services and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

  • Manage stocks of supplies and cleaning products, anticipate needs, and place orders.

  • Pay attention to detail: maintain harmonious spaces and a welcoming atmosphere.

Team Management

  • Supervise, organize, and allocate tasks for a team of 4 cleaning staff.

  • Plan schedules and manage rosters.

  • Train, support, and motivate the team to uphold standards of excellence and discretion.

  • Evaluate performance and support the professional development of team members.

Coordination of Seminars and Internal Events

  • Manage logistics for seminars, meetings, and events (room setup, equipment, catering).

  • Coordinate and manage external service providers.

  • Ensure smooth execution of events and handle unforeseen issues.

  • Produce post-event reporting.

Reception and Representation of the Headquarters

  • Participate in welcoming visitors with exemplary conduct.

  • Ensure a flawless image of the company through every operational detail.

  • Maintain smooth communication with management and support services.

Monitoring and Continuous Improvement

  • Implement quality checklists and control routines.

  • Anticipate needs during peak activity periods.

  • Propose solutions to improve cleaning management and employee experience.

  • Provide regular reporting to management.

Candidate Profile:

  • Significant experience managing a cleaning team or in a similar role, ideally in hospitality or events.

  • Strong organizational skills, rigor, adaptability, and responsiveness.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team management ability.

  • Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, scheduling software).

  • Experience in event coordination is a plus.

  • Preferably experience in luxury hospitality.

  • High level of discretion, rigor, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage a team of 4 cleaning staff and supervise multiple tasks simultaneously.

Conditions:

  • Executive role, working under annualized hours (forfait jours)

  • Salary based on profile:+ profit-sharing bonus

  • Monday to Friday, daytime hours

  • Start date ASAP, latest early December
