Job Description

RHEA Recruitment is currently seeking, on behalf of one of its clients, a high-end establishment located in Paris, an Assistant Technical Manager (M/F) to join a dynamic and dedicated team.

Assistant Technical Manager (M/F) – Paris

Within the technical department, you will support the Technical Manager in the management and maintenance of the facilities of a public-facing establishment, ensuring the proper functioning of equipment and maintaining a high standard of infrastructure quality.

Your Responsibilities

Working closely with the Technical Manager, your duties will include:

  • Supervising the maintenance team and assisting in the organization of technical interventions

  • Contributing to the training and development of the team

  • Ensuring the maintenance and servicing of electrical systems

  • Assisting with the installation and monitoring of ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems

  • Maintaining heating and plumbing installations to ensure proper functionality

  • Carrying out necessary repairs on various technical equipment

  • Inspecting fire alarm systems and ensuring the maintenance of safety installations

  • Performing general repairs (locks, blinds, minor installations, etc.)

  • Participating in the general maintenance of the building and common areas

  • Maintaining an organized technical workshop and a clean working environment

Profile Required

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical maintenance or initial experience as an Assistant Technical Manager

  • Experience in hospitality or public-facing establishments is highly appreciated

  • Good understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and building technical systems

  • Strong knowledge of maintenance methods and technical tools

  • Practical mindset, autonomy, and attention to detail

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

  • Electrical certification preferred, SSIAP certification would be a plus

  • Professional presentation and strong service mindset

Conditions

  • Contract: Permanent (CDI) – 39 hours per week

  • Working hours: Flexible shifts, starting as early as 8:00 AM or finishing as late as 9:30 PM

  • Salary: Between €2,626 and €3,184 gross per month, depending on experience

  • Meal allowances and additional benefits
