Job Description
RHEA Recruitment, a high-end hospitality and restaurant recruitment agency, is looking for a Head Bartender (M/F) in Paris.
DNA: A restaurant hidden behind a fashion and design concept store. The menu, inspired by the south of France, is vibrant, generous, seasonal, and local.
The audiophile bar (EAT, DRINK, and LISTEN) will be open from Tuesday to Saturday, from 7pm to 2am.
We are looking for a Bar Manager for the opening, at the end of March, of the audiophile bar.
Your missions are as follows:
- Manage the bar team schedules / anticipate bar needs (orders, etc.)
- Ensure bar setup
- Serve hot drinks, soft drinks, and cocktails
- Optimize inventory management
- Ensure bar and equipment maintenance
Qualifications: Previous experience in restaurant service In-depth knowledge of food and beverages Excellent customer service skills Degree or training in hospitality/restaurant management would be a plus
