HEAD CHEF (M/F) – Central Paris
Opening scheduled for May/June – The restaurant will be open 7 days a week and will offer revisited bistro/classic cuisine, with a focus on fresh ingredients.
Environment: 65 seats, plus a 12-seat bar and lounge. Outdoor terrace with thirty seats. Lunch prices range between 35/45 euros, dinner between 50/60 euros. Team to be assembled
The kitchen is on the ground floor, equipped with an office. Adequate storage space and a rest area are available. Dishwashing duties required.
For the menu, the Chef will have complete creative freedom, drawing inspiration from culinary hotspots like Café de Paris on Rue de Lille, Fontaine de Mars on Rue Saint Dominique, and Café Varenne on Rue de Varenne.
-> The concept is to create a concise and evolving menu. It should feature traditional signature dishes alongside more innovative options.
Opportunity to create simple dishes for lunch at the bar (different from the restaurant).
Different menus, more international and family-oriented, on weekends.
For the restaurant’s decor/ambiance: Inspired by Thoumieux on Rue Saint Dominique and Beef Bar on Rue Marbeuf.
