Head Chef (M/F) Paris

40 & 60 CVTS / DAYS Bistronomic restaurant // Small menu (4 starters, 5 main courses, 3 desserts)

The restaurant is open 7 days a week Team: 1 chef + 1 sous chef + 3/4 commis chefs

Job Overview: As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing kitchen operations.


  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen activities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of foods while adhering to quality standards
  • Ensure an efficient and organized kitchen service
  • Lead and motivate the team to maintain a positive work environment
  • Manage inventory, orders, and food costs
  • Maintain strict hygiene standards in accordance with regulations
