Job Description
RHEA Recruitment, a high-end hospitality and fine dining recruitment agency, is looking for a Head Chef (M/F) in Paris.
Environment: Trendy and casual restaurant (service like home) within a family group Open 7 days a week, offering seasonal French cuisine with bold flavors, carte blanche (Group expanding: 3 restaurants)
Open Monday to Sunday (brunch offered on Sundays)
Brigade: 10 staff members: one chef, two sous chefs, one pastry chef, and 5-6 Chef de Partie Lunch: 20 covers (excluding terrace) -> 40 more with terrace Dinner: early week 90 covers, late week 150/200 covers TM lunch: €45 and dinner: €70
Possibility to bring own sous chef (salary €2,600 net, mixed shifts: 2 split shifts, 3 continuous)

Hours: (managerial status so initially split shifts and later flexible)
Days OFF: Sunday & Monday
Salary: depending on profile: €4,500-€5,000 net/month
