Job Description

RHEA Recruitment, a hospitality and restaurant recruitment agency, is looking for one of its clients for a Chef de Cuisine (H/F) in Paris and the 92 Department.

An independent and family-owned group, designer, developer, and manager of innovative living spaces for seniors, is rapidly expanding. With 17 Villas, 850 employees, and 3 new Villas per year, it is the number one in France.


You will be responsible for managing your team on-site (3 to 5 people including the chef), creating high-quality menus based on bourgeois cuisine for residents, managing the budget and purchases of your department. You are autonomous and capable of managing a small team. You are also responsible for ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety rules (HACCP). Significant experience in classic and bistronomic catering as well as good experience in a similar position are required (minimum 5 years). Being attentive to residents and being able to adapt your cuisine are also essential assets in our residences.

You will find a more serene lifestyle with continuous service, without breaks. Base of 39 hours/week.

Salary: 4000-4200 euros gross/month plus quality work bonuses twice a year (on average 700 to 1000 euros each time), mobility bonus of 400 euros net per year or 75% coverage of public transportation pass.

Hours: 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm

OFF: Saturday & Sunday (1 weekend out of 2)
