RHEA Recruitment, a hospitality and restaurant recruitment agency, is seeking a HEAD CHEF (M/F)

Ideally located in Paris, this 4**** Hotel comprises 100 rooms, a Restaurant with 70 seats, seminar rooms (60 seats), and a speakeasy bar with 20 seats.

The Restaurant offers a French bistronomic menu, developed collaboratively by the culinary advisor and the chef, requiring a creative head chef. The menu will change every three months, featuring fresh, zero-waste, seasonal products sourced locally.

Reporting to the Director of the establishment, you will be responsible for the food service across the various points of sale (restaurant, bar, room service, seminar rooms).

Your team will consist of 12 members. The kitchen is new but small -> 4-5 pax/service.

Profile and Expectations:

As the Head Chef, you will organize and coordinate the work of your team.

You will create schedules, place orders, manage stocks, ensure smooth service, and develop menus in collaboration with the culinary advisor.

Daily, your personality, demeanor, and expertise contribute to customer satisfaction. Adaptability and flexibility are key.

You should exhibit leadership qualities to motivate your team, a sense of teamwork, and training skills.

A high degree of professionalism and creativity is essential.

Experience in the hospitality industry is required.

Conditions: – Permanent contract, executive status – Flexible working days -> possible to have Saturdays and Sundays off – Salary: 65K annual plus 10% variable
