Job Description

RHEA Recruitment, a high-end hospitality and restaurant recruitment agency, is seeking a


A well-located wine bar, part of an independent group (3 establishments), is currently looking for a Junior Chef de Cuisine. The restaurant operates from Monday to Thursday, from 12:00 PM to 3:30 PM and from 6:30 PM to 11:30 PM, and on Fridays from 12:00 PM to 3:30 PM (closed on Friday evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays).

In this position at one of their Parisian locations, you will work closely with the group’s executive chef in developing the menu. You will be expected to contribute ideas, supervise your team before and during service (4 staff members in the kitchen, with 3 per service), manage orders, and report to the executive chef.


  • Basement kitchen with a small menu
  • Lunch TM: 40 EUR / Dinner TM: 60/65 EUR
  • Average covers: 50 for lunch, 60/70 for dinner (higher attendance in summer with 70 for lunch and 100 for dinner)

  • Continuous schedule: Monday to Thursday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Friday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Days off: Friday evening, Saturday & Sunday
  • Salary: €2950 gross/month
