Job Description
RHEA Recruitment, a specialized agency in hospitality and catering recruitment, is seeking a Pastry Production Chef (M/F) in Paris.
A restaurant group currently operating three “trendy” establishments and soon to open a fourth, drawing inspiration from Italian, Japanese, and Chinese steam cuisine.
The establishments are open primarily 7 days a week and 5 days a week, both for lunch and dinner, with continuous service on weekends.
Pastry team: 1 Pastry Production Chef / 1 Pastry Chef de Partie / 1 Commis.
Key aspect of the role: create and develop the tea time offering for the upcoming opening.
Job Responsibilities:
- Be creative and have the initiative for creating desserts for all four restaurants.
- Organize all sweet production, managing high volumes when necessary.
- Orchestrate and control the application of procedures (compliance with technical sheets, hygiene and safety standards, procurement, etc.).
- Ensure the proper execution of sweet production.
- Participate in production and laboratory cleaning.
- Manage stocks and conduct inventories.
- Participate in placing orders and in the reception and control of merchandise upon delivery (quantities, expiration dates, etc.).
- Manage the pastry team and be the main point of contact with other department heads from different establishments (pastry restocking).
- Delegate and oversee tasks, promoting team skill development.
- Ensure the daily follow-up and quality of cake deliveries. (Non-exhaustive list)

Conditions:
- Start date: as soon as possible.
- Remuneration: €2400 – €2600 Net.
- Executive contract: 39 hours per week.
