RHEA, a recruitment agency specializing in the Hospitality and Catering industries, is looking for a
Luxury Catering Production Chef (new position) based in Paris.

Mission: To provide a Michelin-starred restaurant experience in events across France and internationally.
- Clientele: Luxury, Celebrities, and VIPs.
- Team to build: 1 Production Chef, 1 Commis Chef, 1 Pastry Chef, 1 Dishwasher. Recruitment required for an additional Sous-Chef.
- The kitchen is located in the East of Paris (near Vincennes).
Key Responsibilities:
- Flexibility to handle last-minute changes.
- Daily availability by 5 PM to prepare for the next day’s events.
- Cook alongside the owner Chef using their exclusive recipes.
- Organize and manage the kitchen team’s schedule, recruit temporary staff, and optimize working hours.
- Actively participate in weekly meetings, identify sensitive areas, and propose solutions.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- General culinary knowledge.
- Strong understanding of hygiene regulations.
- Proficiency in office tools such as Excel, Email, Monday, Ratatool, or other catering software.
- Availability via phone and computer.
A significant experience in Michelin-starred establishments and luxury catering is required.
Conditions:
- Start Date: As soon as possible.

The annual gross fixed compensation for a full year will be €52,800, which amounts to a gross monthly payment of €4,400 over 12 (twelve) months.
In addition to this fixed salary, a variable component of up to €6,000 may be added for achieving 100% of the objectives over a full year
- Hours: Continuous shifts from 7 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour lunch break.
- Status: Executive.
- Days off: 2 days off per week (Saturday and Sunday), except in exceptional cases (paid or compensated).
- Benefits: 11 additional recovery days annually, 10 paid public holidays, lunch provided, and executive health insurance.
- Vacation: The company closes for 10 days during Christmas (from December 22 to January 5) and 3 weeks during the summer (from July 20 to August 15).
