RHEA Recrutement is looking for a Pastry Chef (M/F) for a Michelin-starred restaurant in Paris
This prestigious establishment offers refined cuisine that highlights exceptional products carefully selected from committed producers. Its elegant and intimate setting makes it a must-visit for fine dining enthusiasts seeking a unique culinary experience.
We are looking for a passionate and creative Pastry Chef to join this renowned Michelin-starred restaurant. You will be responsible for the entire pastry section, from creation to execution, ensuring excellence in every dessert.
3 desserts on the menu + mignardises
Your Responsibilities
Design and create a selection of refined and innovative desserts
Work with full autonomy
Manage ingredient stocks and ensure proper storage
Ensure strict compliance with hygiene and food safety standards
Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams for perfect presentation
Contribute to menu development and propose new creations
Maintain close cost control over production
Profile Sought
Training in pastry/bakery
Proven experience in fine dining, ideally Michelin-starred
Expertise in pastry techniques and attention to detail
Creativity, passion, and high standards
Knowledge of HACCP hygiene regulations
Strong teamwork skills and excellent organization
Conditions & Benefits
Full-time, permanent contract (CDI)
Salary: €2,800 net/month + tips
Schedule:
- Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: evening service
- Friday: morning service
- Saturday: split shift
- Days off: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday lunchtime & Friday evening
