PASTRY CHEF (M/F) Michelin 1-star Restaurant // ASIA


A 1-star Michelin restaurant owned by a French Group located in the largest city of this country, known for its multicultural atmosphere, glamorous style, and architectural wonders.

Main Mission: In direct collaboration with the Executive Chef, you will closely work with the head chef on the development and execution of desserts.

Profile: Supervision of a team of 9 people. Responsible for preparing desserts, petit fours, and cakes for menu changes each season (bringing creativity and a signature). Proficiency in working with chocolate. Control the MEP (Mise en Place) according to the house standards.

The position is for experienced professionals, with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience (for visa acquisition), committed and ambitious individuals willing to invest in the long term.

Working Conditions: Permanent contract. Hours: 2 PM to 11 PM or split shifts. Resident + work visa. Salary: €3500 to €4000 net/month.

  • Housing allowance: 13,500/14,000 RMB. 1 round-trip economy class plane ticket. International health insurance. 2 days off/week. 24 days of vacation/year.

Start date: As soon as possible (allow 2-3 months for the visa process).
