✅ Produce elegant desserts for a current volume of 1,000 petits gâteaux per week across 4 boutique locations.

We’re Looking For:

👨🍳 French Sous-Chef.
👩🍳 Pastry and Bread Chefs de Partie (American and Mexican team members).
The Offer:
💵 Compensation: $300/day, 5/7 schedule = $6,000/month gross.
🏠 Accommodation included (approx. €5,000 net/month after housing).
✈️ Round-trip economy flight covered.
📅 Duration: Starting ASAP to early February.
